Feed.Us: the Content Management Platform

If you've stumbled on this page, it means you did a search in Google for a CMS related term.  Thank you for visiting Feed.Us.

Feed.Us is an experimental content management platform.  We built it for developers and designers and it works on any domain, any website, hosted any where. Non-techies submit the content to our servers; developers/designers can "pull" that content via XML, RSS, web services, APIs, etc to any other website, application, etc.

How it works:

1. Feed.Us is a highly scalable and flexible content storage & management:

>  Non-techie users use Feed.Us, email, and RSS to add/edit/manage content.
>  Designers and developers utilize web services to export content to Websites and for syndication.
>  Experienced developers can program within Feed.Us for use with external applications and databases.

2. Use a CMS Web Service to enable content import / export from / to other sites / servers:

>  Works on virtually any server or scripting: php, asp, asp.net, etc.
>  Server side Ajax request mechanism pulls content to local storage (file, database, etc).
>  Content retrieval system is based on a standardized XPath query mechanism.
>  XSLT transformation engine converts XML to desired format (HTML, RSS, etc).

3. Non-technical users submit content:

>  Via web interface at www.Feed.Us
>  Can use email to send Feed.us news, event, etc content.
>  Feed.Us can pull RSS feeds from other sources: another blog, Flickr, Twitter, etc.

We need you
